Tai Chi is a soft graceful style of martial arts that can lead to a healthier lifestyle. This ancient style of Kung Fu, transformed into a health practice in the 1920's, has been used by the Chinese for decades to increase overall health and assist in warding off illness and disease.

Tai Chi is a great exercise for focusing your mind, increasing your balance, circulation, coordination, flexibility, posture, body awareness, breath control, and much more, while reducing stress & anxiety.
